By visiting our site, making a donation, signing up to our newsletters, or engaging with our reforestation and agroforestry initiatives, you engage in our “Services” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). 2. Tree Certificates & Impact Reports: Where applicable, you may receive a certificate, receipt, or project update reflecting the impact of your donation.

3. Agroforestry and Partnerships: Supporters and partners may also engage in agroforestry initiatives, where productive trees are planted alongside native forests to support farmer livelihoods. Participation is subject to additional agreements where relevant.

4. Refunds: Donations are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
